π Do you handle the work for me, or just tell me what to do?
Each client we work with is an independent business owner β how you choose to manage and follow up with leads is up to you. That said, we handle the backend coordination: appointment setting, transfer coordination, and outreach fulfillment based on your selected package.
We strongly recommend that you follow up directly with leads through your CRM to increase conversion. Weβll support the execution, but ongoing engagement is your responsibility as the business owner.
π What is the onboarding process like?
Once you sign up, a rep will reach out to ask a few key questions to configure your campaign: business goals, scheduling availability, outreach preferences, and lead handling instructions. After you provide the required info, weβll begin building your campaign and preparing for launch.
π What kind of support do I get during the project?
All clients receive regular updates and basic support.
Growth, Elite, and Custom packages include a dedicated rep to help manage the campaign, monitor progress, and relay performance updates. Youβll have visibility into lead flow, outcomes, and any issues that come up during the campaign.
π Do I get a dashboard to view what's going on?
Dashboards are available for an additional $100/month and include full lead tracking, engagement notes, status tags, and detailed follow-up tools
CRM access is only included by default in Custom packages.
We highly recommend adding the dashboard to improve follow-up and maximize results.
π Will you communicate directly with my clients?
Yes β but only if itβs agreed upon during onboarding. Our default approach is to assist with qualifying conversations and appointment coordination only.
You remain the face of your brand. We do not present ourselves as you or act as a representative unless explicitly instructed.
π Is this a monthly subscription?
No. Campaign packages are order-as-you-go with no monthly billing.
The only recurring charge we offer is for optional CRM access at $100/month for clients who want full visibility and follow-up tools.
π Can I cancel or request a refund?
We do not offer refunds once your campaign has been initiated or work has started.
However, we will always do our best to resolve any issue fairly. That may include adjustments, added services, or campaign improvements if we determine itβs appropriate based on your situation.
